Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at multiple locations throughout the United Kingdom. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing food items, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized food counter area.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items if required.
